Arranging Parking
Proper parking is essential to ensure our team can safely and efficiently unload heavy equipment and materials. Clients are responsible for arranging and covering any parking fees. Reserved parking close to the property helps us start the job on time and prevents delays.
Preparing the Room
The room should be completely empty unless otherwise agreed.
Adequate power, lighting, and heating must be available.
Any hidden pipework, wiring, or cabling should be pointed out before we begin.
There should also be sufficient space outside the room for storing tools during the process.
Access
If the room is located above the ground floor, please inform us in advance. This helps us plan for equipment transportation, stair handling, or lift use if required. Providing clear access reduces risks and ensures we can complete the project efficiently and safely.
Parking Responsibility
To avoid delays, clients must ensure parking arrangements are in place before our team arrives. This step helps maintain our schedule and allows our technicians to focus on delivering top-quality results without interruptions.
Rubbish Removal
After sanding, polishing, or restoration, there can be dust, old finishes, and debris that need proper disposal. Clients are responsible for arranging rubbish removal unless otherwise agreed. Ensuring a clean site allows us to complete the work to the highest standards and leaves your home or business tidy and ready to enjoy.
