We have been sanding floors since early 2001 where we were trained and qualified by bona Kemi in the application of lacquers and the science of sanding and finishing we have a certificatio for this qualificatrion

What we Do and Our prices
We sand floors repair floors, repair hearths, level floors with latex or by leveling of joists, we supply reclaimed flooring up to 9 inches wide We stain to any colour bleach floors apply wood lyes wood soap buff floors re oil floors re stain floors over stain floors We use Bona Kemi Junckers Blanchon Woca We sand residential or commercial properties using the latest machinery to do our work which are low dust emissions
We cover all of London and the surrounding areas Esher Surrey Watford St Albans Chelmsford etc We also supply a clean up service and an ongoing maintenance package which will mean that once we sand your floor you will never have to sand your floor again please ask for more details
We can help with furniture moving but we charge if more than 2 pieces need moving
Here are our Basic prices
To sand and lacquer with Bona kemi or Junckers or oil with osmo or woca etc coats £30 per m2
To Stain floors large areas £8 per m2
To Stain floors hallway £ 12 per m2
To Sand stairs £75 per step
To bleach or to apply softwood or hard wood lye £ 5.00 per m2
To fill the gaps £8 per m2
To supply reclaimed floors up to 6 inches wide £ 8.00 per linear metre to fit £9.00 per linear metre
To take out concrete hearths and put i n new wood £ 180 per hearth
To buff existing floors and either re oil or re lacquer £ 8.00 per m2
Our minimum cost is £ 250 plus materials We also do floor board repairs if your floors need a little attention before we sand them
